About This Space
With a private entrance, you don't have to walk across the hallway to
reach the apartment. This 72-square meter apartment is homy, cosy, and
bright with lots of natural sunlight. It has all the things you need
to make your stay more comfortable.
Located in downtown Central Jakarta, our flat is bright & comfy,
equipped with amenities perfect for any type of guest. We can also
provide you with a floor mattress upon request, and even a baby
chair!
We provide cooking utensils and dinnerware so you can cook simple
meals in the kitchen and enjoy them in the dining area. But if you
don't feel like cooking, there are tons of highly-rated restaurants
nearby and some fast food joints, all within walking distance.
You can do the laundry yourself as we provide a washing machine,
laundry soap, and drying rack on the balcony. Or you can also use the
laundry service located on the ground floor.
Some basic amenities are provided (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, towel)
as well as some tea, coffee, and sugar, but if you want to buy more
there's a convenience store on the ground floor.
You will also have free access to outdoor facilities (gym, pool, and
children playground) located on the 5th floor.

Please note that this property is not a hotel (it is owned and run by
my family). As such, there is no receptionist, concierge, daily
cleaning service, and daily refilling.
We may or may not be around to meet you as we travel a lot, but do
contact us if you need any help so our staff can assist you.
